If you picked lungs you’re right.  Lungs are two sacks behind our rib cage where the oxygen from the air that you breath is transferred into your blood while the excess amount of a gas (carbon dioxide) is removed from the blood when you breathe out.

Like a bellow makes a flames grow higher
This organ is the real estate and we are its buyer
Not with coins can we buy this part that we need lifelong
Without this organ we could not speak much less sing any song.
